Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles purchase. Due to the nature of these products (hygiene, custom sizing), please review our policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Any carpet, curtain, or sofa throw blanket that has been used, washed, or shows any signs of wear.

  • Custom items: Custom-cut curtains or carpets cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Opened items: Curtains removed from packaging; carpets unrolled.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging. Carpets must be rolled (not folded) for return shipping.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large carpets, costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured shipping.

  4. 15% restocking fee may apply for large items.

  5. Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural material variations (fabric dye lots, carpet fibers), actual colors may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.
