1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home textiles: carpets, curtains, and sofa throw blankets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations. These variations are not defects.

  • Custom-size curtains may have longer lead times.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Carpets:

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and protect floors.

  • Keep away from high-heat sources.

  • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

Curtains:

  • Ensure proper installation using appropriate hardware for your wall type.

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

  • For corded blinds/curtains, follow safety guidelines to prevent strangulation hazards.

Throw Blankets:

  • Keep away from open flames.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

3. Flammability Standards
Our textiles comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

  • Carpets: 16 CFR Part 1630 (flammability standards)

  • Curtains/Blankets: 16 CFR Part 1610 (clothing textiles flammability)

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., slipping, fading, damage from improper care).

6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
