Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. We partner with:

  • Small items (blankets, curtains): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Large items (carpets): Specialized freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Small items: 5-10 days; Carpets via freight: 7-15 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Carpets)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold. Driver will not bring inside/upstairs.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. Packaging

  • Carpets: Rolled (not folded) and wrapped in plastic; shipped in boxes or tubes.

  • Curtains: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes; rod pockets/pleats protected.

  • Blankets: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes.

6. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of damage and all packaging. Keep all packaging for inspection.

7. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
